Add WhatsApp Templates on Twilio
You can find instructions here on how to add WhatsApp Templates on the Twilio Platform and how to use them on SleekFlow Platform.
There are two types of WhatsApp Business Messages: Template Messages and Session Messages.
WhatsApp Template Messages are pre-approved message templates for outbound notifications like delivery alerts, product updates and appointment reminders.
You must use a WhatsApp Template Message if more than 24 hours has elapsed since the user’s last response to you. Any other types of messages sent outside the 24-hour window will fail to reach the user.
There is a cost for each template message sent at around 0.05 USD. For detailed pricing, please refer to https://www.twilio.com/whatsapp/pricing/us as it will be charged on Twilio on a pay-as-you-go basis.
This guide is only valid for customers who have a Twilio account instead of applying through SleekFlow. If you applied for the Official WhatsApp Account through SleekFlow, please refer to our other guides instead.

If you want to add multiple languages for one template, you can press 'Add a Template Translation', choose the appropriate language and fill in the fields below.
When you have filled out the required fields, click on the "Submit Message Template" button at the bottom.
Once WhatsApp has approved your templates after 1-2 days, you can use template messages to maintain high-quality content and avoid spam in the ecosystem.
The WhatsApp message fee is separated from the SleekFlow platform and will be charged directly from the credit card you stored on Twilio on a pay-as-you-go basis.
