Go to Channels > Your channels > WhatsApp
Click on the three dots on the WhatsApp channel you have connected, choose Update WhatsApp Profile.
The system will be redirected to your WhatsApp Manager page. Click Profile.
You can update a Profile picture and description. Click Save to update the latest information.
To access the Phone numbers page, click on Phone numbers.
To change your display name, click on the Edit button.
Enter the new display name and click on Next.
WhatsApp will review the display name request.
You will be notified by WhatsApp via email when the review has been completed.
