Scenario - Newly Added Contacts

Create rule under and select New or Updated Contacts as the Scenario for this rule.

Then select Newly Added Contacts

If you recently collected some contacts through an event, you can send an auto-message (WhatsApp) proactively to those contacts, before they even talk to you, as long as you obtain their number.

If you wish to also send to existing contact who has filled a form, please choose "New or Updated Contact Instead.

Conditions:

"Lead Sourceā€ is any of "Event and Seminar"

Actions:

ā€œSend Messageā€ Customise your message content to send to your leads. You can add more than 1 message and insert customised parameters such as the first name they filled.

Add wait time, eg. 5 minutes, to send another message/image for the conversation to be more natural.

If you are using Official WhatsApp API, make sure you registered the templates.

"Add to List" > "e.g. Event Leads"

Add these new contacts to a smart list for segmenting. You can create a smart list under the Contacts Tab

If you have other Lead Sources that are not stated on our platform, you can go to , to change the information in the fields to match your liking.
