Steps to enrol 2FA

To enroll in 2FA, there are two options:

1. Via a 2FA invitation email.

2. During sign-in.

Enrol 2FA via Web

Step 1: Download an authenticator app

You can download any authenticator app from app store

• e.g. Google Authenticator (iOS / Google Play), Microsoft Authenticator (iOS / Google Play)

Step 2: Scan code and complete one-time setup

Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, get the one-time code and enter in below screen.

Enrol 2FA via Mobile

Step 1: Download an authenticator app

You can download any authenticator app from app store

• e.g. Google Authenticator (iOS / Google Play), Microsoft Authenticator (iOS / Google Play)

Step 2: Sign in SleekFlow mobile app, scan code and complete one-time setup

Sign In SleekFlow mobile app, then click Trouble Scanning?

Step 3: Copy code

Click Copy Code to obtain a one-time code

Step 4: Manual enter code on authenticator app

For Microsoft Authenticator

Add account

Choose [Other]

Choose [Enter code manually]

Define the account name and paste the one-time code, press Finish

For Google Authenticator

Add a new account by clicking + button on the bottom right corner

Choose [Enter a setup key]

Define the account name and paste the one-time code, click Add

Step 5: Get the one-time code, and complete one-time setup

Get the one-time code from authenticator app, go back to SleekFow mobile app and enter in below screen
