WhatsApp Business Account Tiers

WhatsApp will review your WhatsApp Account to ensure it is compliant with the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Be sure to examine the policy closely to make sure your business is compliant.

WhatsApp will also approve your company's Display Name. You will need to follow the Display Name Guidelines. To avoid this rejection, make sure you thoroughly review for small details or minor discrepancies between the name and the Facebook Business, website, or social media.

Tiers

1. Limited Access Tier

Upon completion of the signup

• Respond to unlimited customer-initiated conversations in 24-hour messaging windows

• Ability to send business-initiated conversations to 50 or 250 unique customers in a rolling 24-hour period per phone number

2. Standard Access Tier

Approved Facebook Business Verification and display name

• Add more than 2 phone numbers

• Higher template messaging limits (1000, 10000, 100000 unique customers/day)

• Request to be an Official Business Account (OBA) - Any business that requires an OBA must complete Business Verification.
