Welcome returning customers with a warm greeting and personalised message

Scenario - Incoming Messages

Create Rule under Automation and select Incoming Messages as the Scenario for this rule.

You would like to welcome back customers who have not contacted you for the past X days and re-assign the conversation.

Conditions:

"Last Contact from You" is not within "7 days"

This condition means you have not contacted the customer for X number of days.

Actions:

"Send Message" Customise your message content to send to your leads. You can add more than 1 message and insert customised parameters such as the first name they filled.

Add wait time, eg. 5 minutes, to send another message/image for the conversation to be more natural.

This rule is particularly useful when you have not contacted an existing customer in X number of days.
