Opt-In Button

Buttons for customers to engage with you easily
Message cannot be sent due to using an unregistered Template Message or customers did not interacted with you for over 24 hours.
The Opt-In button will send a call-to-action message to customers! After they click it then you may re-open the dialogue and the latest unsuccessfully message will be sent automatically!

Step 1. Activate Opt-In Button

Select "On" in the Status

Step 2. Choose a default Opt-In Button Content

Select an approved template with buttons.
*You must first register a template with button, see how to create a template.
