11. Notify Customers with New or Updated Status

Update customers' status including reward points, addition or change of plan, booking confirmation, etc. and send them a message to notify them

Scenario - New or Updated Contacts

Create rule under Automation and select New or Updated Contacts as the Scenario for this rule.

You can update your customers on the status of the product they purchased. For example, it can be used to send notifications when there is an addition or change in status on the order.

Conditions:

e.g. Lead Stage is any of "Customers"

That means that the automation will be triggered when the lead stage is updated to customers.

Actions:

"Send Message" Customise your message content to send to your leads. You can add more than 1 message and insert customised parameters such as delivery date.

Add wait time, eg. 2 minutes, to send another message/image for the conversation to be more natural.

At least one condition has to be an addition or change/update in status, or else the automation will not function.
