Online Status
Receive notification and assign conversation to teammate
Click on your personal settings button on the top right, and you can switch your online status by toggling between "Active" and "Away."

Active

When you are in "Active" status, you will receive notifications, and your teammate can assign the conversation to you.
Messages will assign to the "Active" status agent if automation action is set "Assign to" (team) "By Queue".

Away

When you are in "Away" status, you will not be assigned new conversations with automation by queue.
Agents can switch to "Away" status when off or on vacation.
