Turn on display name to let your customers know the person who is taking care of them.

Click on your personal settings button on the top right, turn on "Display Name".
Your name will be shown on top of the message you send on SleekFlow. Your customers will know the person who is replying to the message.
In WhatsApp (the view of the customer), your name will show on the top of the message.
