Record an Audio Note in the conversation, so that you can instantly send voice messages to the recipient.

When first replying to a conversation, click the microphone icon. There will be a prompt to ask your permission to let access your microphone. Click "Allow", then you can begin recording.

The permission requires for the first time only. After that, press the Microphone icon then you can start recording immediately.

If you finish recording the message, you can click the "Green Tick" button to send the message to your customer instantly.

While if you are not sure and want to abandon the recording, click the "Red Cross" button, and the message will be deleted and vanished.
